Easy Scene Updates:
Our web admin portal treats its users to a feature-rich interface for ultimate control of a show’s scenes and their statuses. Changes to a day’s shooting order are instantly reflected on the mobile app, so your on set crew members are never kept waiting!
Customizable Departments:
When it comes to the composition of a crew, no two shows are the same- we understand that many shows leverage their own, unique, departments (and sometimes deal memos require very specific titles). The Rolling! Departments module makes it easy to add, and modify, any department (or crew position) as needed.
Daily Timesheet Modifications:
Admins can make modifications to crew member timesheets through our web portal, which features an intuitive, user-friendly interface. We understand the importance, and complexities, of union compliance; Rolling! helps production work within the bounds of all union negotiated labor agreements.
Upload Global Production Documents:
While call sheets and sides may “pull focus” on our mobile application, we didn’t forget the myriad other very important documentation- from release forms, to safety bulletins, to the day’s catering menu!
Admins can easily upload, modify, publish, and remove a wide range of production documents, while mobile users can quick-view documents or download them to their device.
